Refund Policy – Fuhua Express
Fuhua Express provides courier and delivery services in accordance with established service agreements. Once a shipment has been scheduled, picked up, or delivered, all related service fees and charges are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
If you believe you have been billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at info@fuhuaexpress.org. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of Fuhua Express.
Fuhua Express reserves the right to adjust pricing, delivery rates, fuel surcharges, and other service-related fees at any time, with or without prior notice. These changes will apply to future shipments or service agreements and will not affect charges already invoiced or paid.
Refunds will not be issued for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (including weather, natural disasters, or third-party carrier issues), unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
In the event that services are suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or other contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the service.
