Cancellation Policy – Fuhua Express

You may cancel a scheduled delivery or service with Fuhua Express by providing written notice prior to dispatch or pickup. Cancellations made after a shipment is in transit may not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement or our standard terms.

If your access to Fuhua Express services is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the service.

Upon cancellation or termination of services, any associated shipping data, tracking information, or account details may be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to retain any shipment records, invoices, or related documents before canceling your service.

Fuhua Express reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service tier, delivery option, or feature at any time, with or without notice. Refunds for discontinued services will only be provided if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
